Understandably a little slow on food coming oit due to small kitchen, as we had a group of 17, but food is superb! Great experience. We will be back.
I'd never heard about this place until I rode into Minburn on the Raccoon River Valley Trail, but I'm happy I stopped in. It's got some old school character, located in the old rail depot. The beer was cold, the burger was good, and the bartender/server was very friendly and attentive. There's an outdoor seating area if the weather suits you, and they had a cooler full of water sitting out for trail riders to refill water bottles. I'll definitely stop back next time I pass through.
Great burgers, friendly staff and customers, Des Moines IPA on tap and live music. Really nice place to spend the evening.
Stopped here on our way to the Carroll vs ADM football game... fantastic brisket sandwich and the owner and help was awesome! Highly recommend it!! 2 thumbs up
